- Accepts a place at Exeter University to study music
- Awarded a choral scholarship at Exeter Cathedral, and accompanies
the Cathedral Choir as organist when required

- Founded The Serlo Consort as part of Masters degree at Exeter University

| 2001 |
- Graduates with a Masters degree in English Cathedral Music and Liturgy, a first class music degree with a Dean’s commendation for academic excellence, and diplomas from the Royal College of Organists in both choral direction and organ playing
- Accepts position at the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) working as administrator, composer, arranger, accompanist, conductor and leader of various workshops and events all over the UK and abroad

- Accepts position at Dulwich College Preparatory School as teacher and Head of Keyboard
- Continues to devote more time to an increasingly busy Serlo Consort schedule
- Becomes an elected member of the Royal Society of Musicians

- Conductor of Carshalton Choral Society
- Awarded a Fellowship of the London College of Music
